If customers leave reactions on the site, we collect the data shown in (contact)forms, the IP-address of the customer and helping the browser user agent in helping detect spam
An anonymous string, which is created based on your e-mail address (also known as ‘hash’), can be sent to the Gravatar service. The privacy policy page can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/ . After your reaction is approved, your profile photo will be made publicly visible in the context of your reaction.
Media
If you are a registered user and want to upload pictures to the website, make sure that the images are uploaded with EXIF GPS location data. Visitors of the website can download the images en see the location-based data.

If you leave a reaction, that reaction (including its metadata) will be saved forever. By using this method, we can automatically recognize en approve reactions instead of moderating them.
For users who are registered on our website (when applicable), we also save personal information in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information (only the username cannot be changed) Website moderators can also view or edit this information.
Which rights you have over your personal data
If you own an account on this site or if you left a reaction, you can request an export in which all personal data is viewable. You can also request to have us delete all your personal data we have. This doesn’t contain information we have to save in reference to administrative, legal or security reasons.
